Tequila design for a song, Re:make, from one of my favorite Japanese bands, One Ok Rock. The song is very audacious and forward which I matched with the pungent tastes of tequila. Have a shot!
My vision for this design was to be bold to match the song and the band hence the sharp, defined lines of the form and the large, white, bold type. I grabbed elements like the perforated lights and red cable to give the design some more flavor. The album name sits in Japanese underneath the title. Wanting to keep the front clean, I opted to put the specs of the bottle on the back of the bottle along with some lyrics.
In the first few versions I had the One Ok Rock logo on the bottle. However I decided to remove it from the bottle, not only because it stood out like a sore thumb design-wise but also because I believe the song can stand on its own.
